Rear Extension

This Broadacre project consisted of a large, single storey extension to the rear of an existing chalet bungalow. With the rear of the property North facing, one of the essential components of the project brief was to optimise the amount of natural light into the new area. To achieve this objective, we installed twin lantern rooflights and a generous set of patio doors. In addition to the new extension, we executed internal modifications, including full central heating system, and complete bathroom install.
