Extension & Remodel

Our involvement with this project started at pre-construction phase with an assessment of the design information and early specialist sub-contractor engagement. The works involved an extension to the existing 1880’s period property. We completed the full scope of works with high-end fit-out including kitchen, utility, reading room and entrance hall. Features of the extension include structural Glulam beams, green living roof, oak framed openings, rooflights, feature brickwork and limestone floors.
